Flamingo Tour Boat Options

Unless you trailered your own boat or want to rent a canoe/kayak, a boat tour is the only way to see those parts of the Everglades you'll never glimpse when driving the road . And that's most of the Everglades.

The year-round backcountry tour lasts for two-hours into the mangrove forest and is the best way to see wildlife such as hawks, alligators and manatees.

The Florida Bay Tour is a 90-minute tour through the marine feeding and nursery grounds of Florida Bay aboard the Bald Eagle. A sunset cruise also is available.

Reservations are supposed to be made by 5 p.m. the day before the tour.
